The opaque black vitreous enamel (glass), when applied and fired carefully, will be transparent giving a blue-black color. The enameled leaves show good transparency too, making the texturing of the copper sheet beneath highly visible. As with the other roses, the Black Rose is one of a kind and also signed as an original work near the base of the stem. Offered at:  $$800.
