John etched the wrought iron sides to reveal the actual grain which is unique. This is a cleanly made, well balanced hatchet that is light in the hand and shaving sharp. While it is a beautiful piece, it is built to be used at the fireplace or in camp. JOHN WILL MAKE A LEATHER COVER FOR THE HEAD IF YOU WANT IT. |
