| Fireside Kindling hatchet. Unique, hammer welded, 4 piece axe head. Traditional wrought iron for the body of the axe, tool steel forge-welded in to strengthen the poll and tool steel hammer welded between the two wrought iron sides to provide a great cutting edge. The custom built handle is made of ash wood. This piece is very light and quick in the hand. Overall length: 14". Head: 6 5/8: long. Cutting edge: 2 5/8". ONE OF A KIND. |
